Return & Exchange
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for a return or exchange.
- Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
Refund
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.
- Approved refunds are generally completed within 3–7 business days.
- Refunds may be sent through the original payment method or bKash/Nagad.
Return Cost
- For damaged or incorrect products, Choosing Shop will cover the return delivery cost.
- For size changes or customer-requested returns, the customer may be responsible for return delivery costs.
